With an Accounting degree from BYU and an MBA from UT Austin, he combines disciplined P&L management, regulatory compliance know-how, and community-focused leadership to drive operational excellence.

Heather Larsen
Heather is a business owner and leadership consultant who spent nine years designing HR and leadership development programs at Boeing and Dell. As founder of her own consultancy, she helps organizations unlock team potential through authentic leadership, emotional intelligence, and culture-first workshops—ensuring both people and performance thrive.

Aaron Pierson
Aaron serves as CEO of Blackland Route Advisors and COO of Blackland Transport, having scaled their route brokerage from a 20-truck startup to a 150-truck, multi-state operation. A two-time Entrepreneur of the Year with accounting and MBA credentials (BYU & UT Austin) and a Deloitte consulting background, he specializes in strategic acquisitions and maximizing operational profitability.

Fillipo Madella
Fillipo has over 15 years of leadership experience working with SMBs and startups, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges business owners face as they grow. At Google, he leads cloud computing customer engineering teams for mid-market companies, leveraging experience from silicon-level to full-stack engineering to solve complex growth challenges through scalable and data-driven systems.
